For the purposes of data protection, CricketBet is the data controller for all personal information collected through this website, our WhatsApp number, and our Telegram channel.
2. What Data We Collect
We collect only what we need to register your cricket bet ID and process your transactions.

When we create your cricket bet ID, we share your name and a unique identifier with the relevant exchange platform. This is required to open the account. We do not share your UPI ID or bank details with the platform.
Payment processors
UPI transactions are processed through third-party payment gateways. These processors receive your UPI ID and transaction amount to complete the transfer. They operate under their own privacy policies and are bound by RBI payment regulations.
WhatsApp and Telegram
When you message us through WhatsApp or Telegram, those conversations are subject to the privacy policies of Meta and Telegram respectively. We use end-to-end encrypted channels where available.
Legal requirements
We will disclose personal data if required by law, court order, or a government authority with jurisdiction over our operations. We will notify you where legally permitted to do so.
We do not sell personal data to third parties. We do not share data with advertisers.

CricketBet is restricted to users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.
If we become aware that a user is under 18, we will close the account and delete all associated personal data within 7 days. If you believe a minor has registered using our service, contact us at privacy@cricketbetid.co.
10. Third-Party Links
Our website may contain links to exchange platforms, payment processors, and other third-party sites. Once you leave CricketBet, this privacy policy no longer applies. We recommend reading the privacy policy of any site you visit through our links.
